I make Italian Water Ice in 10 flavors. It is made with fruit and fruit juices blended and then frozen. And then blended again. It is served in paper cups or small containers with lids. Chocolate is topped with shavings of real chocolate bars. In Philadelphia where this is huge, it is only sold during the summer months. Closed all winter. But here in Las Vegas it can be a year round, 24/7 business. There is nothing like it here, and I think that there is a huge gap in the market. And I want to introduce Vegas to the next big thing.
