I make Italian Water Ice. In Philadelphia where I grew up there was water ice every night. It's a light and delicious dessert. Low fat,smoother than shaved ice and richer than snow cones. Made with fresh fruit,concentrated juices and sugar carefully blended before freezing for maximum flavor. I have lemon, strawberry, chocolate (with shaved pieces of chocolate through-out),watermelon,and cherry flavors.
