Ark Building Development is a property management, development and construction company. Within Ark there are 3 different departments, Property Development, Property Management, and Construction Services. The property development department is responsible for searching, planning, and designing structures that could have a potential positive impact on a community and what development ideas could best benefit the areas with community research and other tactics to find what local communities would like to see in the area. As the company progresses forward we would soon offer more than just internal development. These development opportunities would range from residential and land clearing for residential properties, commercial properties, and multifamily properties. Our Property Management department would handle all up keep of properties that are owned by Ark Building Development and any other properties that are in need of up keeping. Our Construction Services department will seek out potential construction opportunities where we will manage construction sites for owner and manage construction sites for our selves if we have the capacity to do so. With that being said there is a smaller departments to keep the company afloat but these are just the major department that will generate revenue for Ark Building Development. Our talented staff have background in accounting and finances, construction project management, property development and management, marketing, and much more to get the business going and continue running. Ark Building Development's business model is to have complete company transparency and customer transparency to insure the well being of not only our own ethics and morals but the company's and stay true to our-selves and deliver nothing at or less than exceptional but the best services possible.
