Description:
Looking for start up capital for purchase of existing Marina in NE. US.
Even in tough times the Marine/Marina industry has flourished. New boat sales in all categories have risen steadily, while the availability of places to keep them has declined. Our business is aimed at fulfilling the need for full service, quality, dockage and marine related services. Providing friendly and knowledgeable service second to none and offering a host of amenities from a full service restaurant and bar to a ships store and mechanical/repair facilities. The ideal location will accommodate between 100 - 200 boats (in water)with sizes ranging from 20' to 135'. It will have adequate dry/winter storage capabilities (providing year round revenue), a large indoor facility for repairs and refits as well as an extensive parts (URL removed) ships store will host a large selection of boating related items including a full clothing line depicting the company logo and location. The full service bar and restaurant will ideally seat 60 - 80 people and will host the finest in local fare as well as some signature items guaranteed to satisfy even the pickiest eater.
