Description:
I buy and sell real estate. I own 7 residential rental units. I have been renting the units myself for the last 21 years. I'm looking for an investor to invest in a longterm stable realestate rental business. Since I've been in the business 20+ years, I can look at a house and immediately know if it's a "gold-mine".
