I am working toward starting a rental company. I chose the name Hand Picked Rentals because I want to strategically pick homes for my tenants. I will be looking for homes in good neighborhoods, great school districts, close to schools, close to shopping, and close to base. I also plan to make these homes not only great in location but great to live in as well. When ready to rent these homes out I want to be able to say "I would love to live here".
