My company is actually an interior decorating business that wants to add real estate investment under its umbrella.
I currently very interested about a house that is in short sale. I know the family of that owns it currently. The house has great potential for rental for maybe 5 years if it get the renovations and upgrades it needs. And perhaps sale for a good profit within 5 years.

option 1 = down deposit of $44,000
option 2 = full price plus renovation cost $220,000.
