Description:
Corsicana NAPA is a NAPA Auto Parts store located in Corsicana Tx. I bought the business in 2009 after it had been closed 3 months. I have about $250,000.00 in inventory. I am about $300,000.00 short in inventory to be able to make the business "really" grow and be profitable. The market in Corsicana sells about $750,000.00 an month. Navarro County, which Corsicana is the largest city in the county, has about 22,00 registered vehicles. Navarro county is also a large farm community, that has probably 10,000 pieces of equipment in use. I sell on average about $35,000.00 a month now. I need the inventory to compete. I have 45 years of automobile experience in parts and service. I all but have a degree in business management. I am a certified ASE Master Technician, a Certified General Motors Master Technician. Very comfortable with a computer. I am very price competitive. I maintain a 33% gross on sales. I have less than $2,000.00 over 30 days old on the books ( which is mostly large companies that pay 60 or 90 days). I have about $160,000.00 in debit financed (mostly the purchase of the business). While I know I can not own the entire market, I do believe that with $500,000.00 in inventory, I can immediately hit $100,000.00 per month sales and grow to $300,00.00 per month sales in 2 years. It is very possible to reach $400,000.00 in 3 years. These higher numbers will require relocating to a higher traffic location. I am VERY customer oriented and conservative when sending money. I will spend it when needed, but it has to be justified.
