Victoria Hydrocarbons will be a 15K bbl per day max. crude oil refinery. Our main product will be Jet Fuel and Lubricants, with byproducts being sold to nearby chemical plants.
We are strategically located in Victoria Texas with excellent access to rail, barge, pipeline and truck transportation, as well as a large chemical plant in close vicinity to our proposed refinery site.
Due to the shortage of oil refineries in the united states, and the continuous rise in demand for refined crude products, and the need for the US to obtain more capacity within its borders to help reduce foreign dependency on refined crude products, NEW OIL REFINERIES are in great demand.
