Description:
We are wanting to open a new Bed and Breakfast Guest Ranch between Pueblo and Canon City. The property has been located and the furnishings are negotiable. The property is a main house with 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, three living areas, kitchen and separate dinning room. There are three separate guest houses, two that need bathrooms. There is enough land with this property to allow for 6-8 more guest cabins, which will allow for 15 rented rooms at any given time. This is a beautiful ranch which has lots of potential for this type of business.
