My business partner and I are skilled at locating great deals (65% ARV) in DC, VA, and MD. We have multiple rehab crews that work efficiently and effectively providing quick turnaround. We just sold two properties in Capitol Heights, MD and have a great one in upper NW DC but need a lender to help close the deal. Also, we are looking for funding to purchase over the counter tax deeds as well as attend municipal and county auctions.
