Description:
we buy houses for as low as we can get them, "flip" them using very lil out sourcing for labor, as we do most of the work ourselves. Than we re model and re design the interior and exterior.. paying close attention to key selling elements such as, curb appeal, landscape, cost efficiency ect. To sell our property for the highest dollar we can!
