BHC will provide solutions to optimize brain function and health for normal individuals of all ages. Modalities offered at the BHCs include a combination of diagnostic and non invasive/minimally invasive treatment procedures with well proven clinical benefit. Applying a proprietary algorithmic paradigm that is the result of more than 20 years experience of our professional team, a personalized report with management recommendations is generated for each patient/individual. Our main goals are to improve patients’/ individuals’ outcomes and generate revenue. We partner with experienced, well-respected healthcare professionals. BHCs bring closer to communities modalities of diagnostic and treatment that otherwise are available in selected centers, affiliated to large institutions or offered by a relatively small number of private companies with segmented services. At BHCs we apply our proprietary algorithmic paradigm that generates individualized recommendations based on diagnostic tests information. One of the company's competitive advantage includes our team of reputable scientists with more than 20 years of experience and outstanding reputation who will attract patients and referrals to BHCs through their build network. Additional competitive advantage includes our proprietary algorithm to generate individualized active interventions programs for various brain conditions and for brain function wellness in normal individuals. Diagnostic services provided at the BHCs include: Neurophysiological initial evaluation; Quantitative EEG and qualitative EEG (brain mapping);Biomarker analysis. Therapeutic and wellness Interventions are applied in different combinations according to individualized plans generated with the help of the proprietary algorithm include: • Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) • Cranial electric stimulation (CES) • Neuro feedback (NF) • Hyperbaric O2 therapy • Stellate GGL block • Nutraceutical support and nutrition counseling Some of the therapeutic modalities can be replicated at home for convenience under remote guidance and supervision of our experts and using our equipment for a fee. One new site will be added/year. Beginning with year 2, contract agreements will be finalized with Department of Defense and government law enforcement agencies that will assure additional influx of patients with PTSD, TBI,DEPRESSION to the brain centers. FINANCIAL OUTLINE Revenue is generated on a fee for service basis. We will offer individual and bundled prices for different combinations of services/procedures. Payment is out of pocket. For covered procedures we will charge Medicare/private insurances with patient responsible for copayment.
