Dear investors;
Looking to purchase and then manage a small service business in St George, UT. I already put down $5,000 earnest money to hold business. Need $30,000 more to purchase organic pest control business that has gross sales of $100K per year on average over the last couple years. Business is 7+ years old. Most of gross sales are profit, very little overhead. I already have purchased all equipment needed ($2,500 in basic equipment plus newer p/u truck) and attained needed registration with USDA. Purchase price is for customer base that has many customers secured under yearly contracts.
I have recently spent a couple of days in St George investigating this opportunity, inclusive of running part of one of the customer routes on my own. In so doing, I'm convinced of the customer loyalty to this service/product and basically of the niche created by this service company and that it will continue to expand.
I can acquire any needed documentation; financial statements from the business for the past three to five years and/or business' tax returns from the past three to five years so you can determine the profitability of the business as well as whether any liabilities that may be outstanding.
