Description: With a closer of a local family entertainment center, there has been a gap in the market for more family, friendly activities in the Hudson Valley area. We have been driven towards this old location of “Fun Central” (1630 Rt 9 Wappingers N.Y.). This property stands out with, several different anchors and attractions that are going to bring in our guest, that are looking for local family fun. This location has an 18 whole Miniature Golf course, 12 dock Bumper Boat pool, 6,000 square foot game room, 2,000 square foot birthday / event room, and a café. This location also has an extremely wide demographic of families, with in a 20 to 30 mile radius that are constantly driving extended distances to have fun. Families are 40% of the population in this area and 199,614 people with in our target market with in the 25 mile (URL removed) are one of the most highly profitable industry. This is because of the trend of the return of the “family values” (URL removed) want to take that to our advantage by adding new attractions and games every year. We have estimated with in the first year of operation to be above the $600,000 mark. We believe a highly involved marketing team and an experienced management team, we will be sure to hit par profit with in the first year of operation. At a closer look to the old “Fun Central”, it was an extremely successful business, and it had a high customer base. It sadly closed after the summer of 2012 due to the owner retiring for the business. “Fun Central” also was a place that was non-expensive, local to thousands of families, and most important “Fun Central” was a place for families to be in a new environment while having tons fun. We are going to bring all this back, and so much more. We want “Super Nova” to have high expectations from its guest and tourist a like. When we looked at our soundings, we saw that we were not the only local place to have fun. Within 5 mile to our location there is a small water park , a younger target fun center and within a 20 mile drive there is a similar fun center. We noticed that all of these locations are focused to earthier young kids, seasonal, expensive, and not focusing on the whole family. These topics that we have notice will be our keys to success. Bringing a non-expensive, all year long fun for the whole family, with a new modern tone, this will give us the competitive edge over the family fun market in the (URL removed) Team that we have built has the skills, the mindset, and the creativity that is needed in the family entertainment industry. Brandon Weber worked with several food chains and worked his way up the line to a management positions, he has also been recognized in the hospitality and marketing industries. Brandon also has leadership skills and high communication skills, he will be a strong link to this business. Daniel Travis has worked the famous and extremely recognized Rocking Horse Ranch as his career took off at the resort, he saw his abilities to lead a team to be very powerful. Daniel Travis has also ranked up the lines at the resort and becoming an assistant director to the recreation and aquatic departments. Daniel has also taken business start-up and entrepreneur programs at DCC. Daniel is also seen as a recognizable figure in the hospitality management and well known in advertising/marketing fields. With this combination of stamina and perseverance, Super Nova will be “extremely” well managed and will become well known in the Hudson Valley area. With every well operated EFC, the main source our revenue will come from our activities though our venue (miniature-golf, arcade, bumper boats, parties). We have put together a sales forecast that shows our estimated profits with in the first 5 years of operation. With this estimate. We see that the first year gross profits, off of all the attractions will be $621,515.00 and after the 5 year period to be $796,579.00. This increase is caused by the population with in our 25 mile radius to be 6.4%. With this being said, after the overhead cost of running the venue the first year profit is ------ and after the 5 year period to be ---- . This is also in account of our attractions having more use calculated by the 6.4% of the population increasing. This leaves us with -- profit for the first year and a --- profit after the 5 year of being fully operational.
