I have the opprtunity to purchase multiple income properties in sevral groups at considerably less than their market value. I am looking for funding for purchase and improvement. The goal is to be able to keep rents down so that these properties and others to be purchased later have the most bang for the buck and are the FIRST choice for people looking for aprtments to rent.
My business plan includes 30% of rental income to be turne around for continuous improvement. Rental income is $300,000 per year at 75% occupancy. The properties are currently occupied at over 90%
