My name is Daniel Maher. I am looking for help with investment and business acumen and/or licensing of my product. The product I have developed will appeal to all age groups and gender. I have working prototypes, drawings, and photos. I have received very promising reviews from those whom I have shared this idea. I have not yet filed a utility patent but have made arrangements to do so with Merchant & Gould P.C., located in the Knoxville area. I have used an NDA for purposes of protecting my intellectual property.
I am hoping to share this idea with someone that can see the potential of this product and help or partner with me to bring this product, or products to the marketplace. My biggest obstacle is obtaining the permission to use collegiate and/or professional trademarked logos. I could partner with a provider already approved or make application to the necessary entities for the right to use their trademarks. I believe the latter would be the best course of action.
The costs to supply and manufacture this product are very low with a substantial return on investment.(ROI). If there is a cohesive strategy and timetable implemented, this product has the potential to yield significant profits and scalability.
