Currently looking for an investor interested in financing the foundation of a small restaurant in Lawrence, Kansas.
We hope to offer this popular college town an untapped option in terms of dining choice. Our focus is on simple and affordable foods (as well as providing caloric content information for our dishes in an effort to cater to the health conscious diner). Dishes would be done in a minimalist manner, allowing a truly unique experience (and encourage repeat dining).
This approach to food would reshape dining from a “heavy” weekend experience to a relaxed dinner that can be enjoyed any day (and fit well within any dietary needs).
