Description:
This is a gas station in a very good growing area near an marine base ! There is room left for a car wash in the back, or possible small storage area. This is a business that is open an running at this time, Owner wants out. Owns another business in another town an does not want both in different cities. I would run an have other employees run other hours when I am not available. Small gas stations I see as all profitable if run correctly an I know I can keep the funds coming to pay off the loan. I am in need of funding for a full purchase if possible with enough to get the car wash in the empty back lot up an going also. This would require my moving an I would be available seven days a week to run this in the beginning. This is and all cash sale business an very profitable.
