I have a familt recipe for Italian sausage that drives people crazy for it , everyone loves it and if i could find an investor the sales would be big business . I submited a sample to a food broker in New Jersey and he said he could sell big quantities but it must be a FDA inspected facility and it would be a good size investment to start up with equipment , building , capital for raw materials , must manufacture to FDA guidlines.
