We designed and manufacture the envisionCAM product. The envisionCAM is a dual lens High Definition video event data recorder that records video of accidents and aggressive driving 20 seconds before and 30 seconds after an accident. It captures nearly 360 degrees field of view, automatically transfers events wirelessly to your computer (wifi 802.11g), GPS integrated with Google Earth, night vision, a panic button, a door and taxi meter trigger, an external panic trigger, a mini USB port for manual downloads, dual processors, tamper proof encryption, and high end software to review events. The envisionCAM has been field tested with a few thousand cameras in the field with commercial fleet companies including taxis, limos, para-transit, buses, commercial service vehicles such as pest control, trucking vehicles, state vehicles, etc. over the past 4 years and all the bugs have been worked out during that time. We have the best product in the market and the product is proven to improve driving behavior, reduce accidents, reduce litigation costs, eliminate wrongly accused at fault accidents, lower insurance costs, reduce maintenance costs, and improve the overall safety of drivers and their passengers. We have manufactured the envisionCAM product in Austin Texas at one of the largest contract manufacturing facilities in the South West region for the past 3-4 years. This investment is low risk and would result in a quick return because we already have a great product that has been working in the field for the past 3 years. We are looking for an investor that will allow the company to grow the company infrastructure, sales team, and accomplish the R&D needed to remain ahead of the technology curve with a new product offering. The product is proven, the technology is impressive and we always seem to get the same extremely positive reaction from people that learn about the product. The product saves fleet operators money and there is a high demand for the product but we simply don't have the resources to grow without funding.
