Description: Ktracks, is a innovative company that has developed a "patented" ATV Track Conversion System Kit for the Sport All Terrain Vehicle Market. With 16.3MM ATV's in the US and 35MM ATV's globally, in the last 20 years there has been a reported 8k deaths and 2MM hospitalized injuries reported in the US alone. The Ktrack's ATV track system, is a patented Track Conversion System that replaces the rear tires with a oblong military tread like design. The Ktracks system virtually reduces the chances of the ATV from flipping back on the rider, reducing the chances of injury or death. In addition, the front tires can be removed and replaced with snow skis. Now the ATV can be driven as a ergonomic snowmobile during the winter time. This provides the consumer with a cost effective option to use their ATV as a snowmobile versus going out and purchasing a $7-10k snowmobile that is a depreciating item that takes up space in the garage. There are 2 types of ATV designs. The 2x4 Sport version & the 4x4 Utility version. The Sport ATV's are designed to go fast, and are for extreme riding. The Utility ATV's are designed for work and commercial applications. On the Utility side there are approximately 7 manufacture's who sell track systems. Kimpex, who is the 2nd largest manufacture introduced their Utility Track system in 2006. It is reported that Kimpex sold 10k kits at $4k per kit their 1st year out, which totals $40MM for being 1 of 7 Utility Track manufactures. All of the Utility Track Systems are "gear reduced," which reduces the power and performance on the average of 40%+. There are currently NO manufactures, other than Ktrack's that has a Sport Conversion Track System Kit. There is NO "gear reduction" with Ktrack's patented system. Ktrack's has future plans on developing a Track System for the Utility ATV market. Ktracks is price pointing it's system at $3,250.00 per kit. With no paid marketing efforts, in the last 4 months Ktracks currently has a waiting list of approx 500 people from around the world interested in purchasing the kits. Ktracks has received inquiries from the Department of Natural Resources and the Department of Forestry to equip their ATV's with Ktracks. Ktracks was conceived in 1999 by Dan Karales, and patented in 2001. Dan, a tooling and mold engineer and fabricator by trade, has spent many years refining and improving the system. Dan devoted his full time and attention in 2006 & 2007 to finalize the system for public release. In late 2007, Dan teamed up with Richard Hill. Richard comes from a strong and proven Sales & Marketing backgound. Ktracks is ready to start production. Ktracks is seeking start up financing for manufacturing, assembly equipment and parts inventory, market penetration and expansion, and additional personnel. Ktracks conservatively expects to sell 1k kits for year 1, approx $3MM in sales, 2k kits for year 2, approx $6MM in sales, 4,500 kits for year 3, approx $13MM in sales.
