Jona's sons will buy a house, double its value(very economically and efficiently), and sell it slightly below the newly appraised value to ensure a quick sale every time. We have many years experience remodeling some of the most expensive (and inexpensive) homes on the East coast. With this experience we have devised methods of restoration that the whole world will want to know about!
Jona's sons has recently paired with a group of very knowledgeable yet honest real estate pro's. This partnership will change the way things are done in Charleston, we are totally self sufficient in that we dont need to hire any costly subcontractors or realtors. We will need a work force however, and that work force will be comprised of locals in the area in need of help themselves. Thats right, I will personally hire, train, and rehabilitate the homeless/poor in this very community into the upstanding, proud, Americans they once were.
Furthermore, I will document the entire project to be seen on national television. I feel that we can make a HUGE difference in the world with just a little more understanding and thats what we want to help everyone do..... understand.
