Our prices are affordable to everyone, and our services are numerous in order to appeal to a mass target audience. Our biggest market is those persons ages 18-34, which make up a majority of the population in the Tallahassee area; the median age in Tallahassee is 26 years old. We do, however, cater to persons of all ages; creating a solid and abundantly wide target market. Great Productions has been in the start-up stages of development for several months, and has already proven to be a well received venture. We currently have over $5,000 dollars in working capital, as a result of the owner’s personal investments into the business, as well as through a state of the art website for the company, currently being designed and expected to launch beginning in Fall of 2008. This provides the recreational aspect to the business and would be the foundation for all of the company’s other ventures. This feature has the potential to bring in well over $100,000 per year. There has never in the history of Tallahassee been a venture of this kind, and something of this nature would not only do well for itself, but quite possibly may affect the entire city in a positive way if done properly. The design of these rehearsal spaces have been carefully planned to allow for maximum interest from Great Productions’ target audience. Included in the leasing of the space for this venture, Great Productions would also have the capability to profit from an art gallery as well as retail center. The location picked out for this venture is excellent, and with new expansions in the area, the timing could not be more perfect. We are currently seeking for a private investor to provide $75,000 in start-up costs.
