Brewed Awakenings is an already established coffee/deli in Caldwell that is up for sale. I have not purchased it yet as that is what the $50K is for. It is only $39,900 but I need a little extra for startup on the first month. I have spoken to the previous owner's who say that it is very profitable. They are looking to move their business elsewhere in order to expand into a bigger building. They will not give me any statements to show profits until I make a serious offer. I can make this work as I have been in the food industry and customer service since 1995. I just need help getting started.
