Pizza resturant that is ready for opening. Previous owner has another resturant. She ran into issues with partners and cut them loose. This cut her short on time to run this resturant we are looking at.
Resturant is set up for pick up / carry out and has a new addition for dine in. Dine in will seat 50 people. There is also tables and chairs for outside seating during summer weather. Outside seating can handle 30 people with quantity of tables & chairs there now.
Kitchen area was designed by a major franchise and set up with very good flow. It comes with a double stack conveyor oven. Set up for high flow of pizzas.
With the addition of the dine in. A sandwich build line was installed. Kitchen also has huge walk in cooler. Office and employee restroom in back of kitchen area.
