We are a minority developer based in NJ. We have a strong relatiopships with the city of Newark, Mayor Corey Booker and councilman Ron rice. Newark is underway with a huge face lift. We just closed on five homes to be developed and put in bids for 2009 RFEI projects which are 50 acres to be developed in Newark. These are all seven figure deals. With our strong relationships with the city we fear we will have more development opportunities than working capital. We would love to have the opportunity to discuss the matter further.
