I’m a new home builder in New Jersey and I’m looking for Joint Venture Equity investors to- fully fund- the acquisition of fully entitled land, horizontal improvements (when needed) and construction of new for- sale residential projects.
I have been a New Jersey Department of Community Affairs registered New Home Builder in New Jersey since 1995 (with no claims filed). Prior to that I was a framing contractor for about ten years with most of my business being three-thousand to five-thousand square foot custom and semi-custom homes. I grew up working in the single family residential sector of the real estate industry not because of a familial affiliation, but by choice.
To date I have been responsible for the acquisition, site development and construction of thirty-four new single family homes. I have worked with planners, engineers and architects to design applications, sites and homes. I have also appeared before numerous zoning boards, planning boards and county planning boards for most of those thirty-four new homes as well as appearing before two county superior courts to secure approvals.
