We are a real estate investment company that profits from various projects using different strategies to buy and hold, buy, fix and hold, buy and sell, buy, fix and sell investments in residential and commercial real estate projects such as condos, student housing, apartments, offices, retail and hotel resorts.
Most of our strategies will be on the idea of buying a long-term real estate asset and letting it cashflow so that we can leverage the money to be put into other deals. The first few deals or so may be buy and sell to generate liquidity for more profitable projects in the future.
Investors will have the option of having dividends paid out in full or patially and having the rest retained for future tax-free growth.
We also need some help tp formulate and structure a business plan as this business tends to vary from project to project and is very complex in the various strategies it implements.
