Description:
We own a bar in Corona, CA. We own the restaurant across the street. Each have liquor licenses. We are trying to finish the construction we started out of pocket on the restaurant. We have obtained all county permits, Health Department permits, etc. We have a very detailed business plan. The bar (across the street) is a landmark in the area, and is very profitable.
