Description: Papa D's Diner & PD's Sports Bar are two side by side restaurants that utilize a common kitchen. Facility is 95% done and Liquor license is forthcoming due to Fl law giving automatic full alcohol serving license to capacities greater than 151 seats. Papa D's side is a retro 50's style Diner with burgers, fries, juke box and daily Blue Plate Specials. PD's Sports Bar and Grill side includes 150+ seating with full service bar. Kitchen is complete. Most equipment is new. Hood is in place. We were planning on staggering the opening but due to the sharing of the kitchen we need to have both places ready to open. Tallahassee is a big college football town and this location is in a growing area on a main road into town. All individuals involved with this project have extensive retail experience.
