I will be the only southern style family dining restaurant here in the Lufkin Area. I want to have the atmosphere of going to your grandparents to eat, with the home-style cooking. I have done all the research and we had one like this in Lufkin and was bought out to allow construction of a highway. So now we either have fast food or fine dining.
