Description:
I am a startup company who is seeking a investor to join in a venture with me to obtain a property in 5 titles which is to be sold as one.
The venture would be to run the property as a grazing or contract cropping for 3-5 years whilst adding facilites to each title to be sold off as 5 seperate titles at a later date. The property has spectacular views of the Grampians national park so if it was possible would could even be able to sell it off as 100 acre blocks to maximise profit
