Description: Convair Aeronautics Corporation is developing a new class of airliner/freighter. Work to date has been 3.5 years and has been self-funded to date. We have senior management and engineering teams developed. No employees on the payroll but ready to start. We need to raise $1M in the current round for Aircraft Sizing and for development of our Skin & Bones technology which is a Generative CAD Expert System which uses Artificial Intelligence to optimize designs for castings. Working in conjunction with Dassault Systems for their CATIA CAD/CAM/CAE Application. Our Skin and Bones development initiative is designed to optimize designs for thin-wall and lattice block castings using 3D Printed Sand Core Castings. This technology enables unitizing of parts and assemblies and allows for the production of parts by casting without the need for CNC machining and significantly reduces the number of rivets or fasteners by 70-90% depending upon the application. Return on investment is through a contingent liability where investors get residual per pound or allow casted for the duration of the technology. Willing to pay .25 cents per pound for all alloys casted with the use of the software and technology. If we have 80,000 pounds of casted aerostructure per aircraft, this would net $12,000 per aircraft. $1M recovered after production/delivery of approximately first 50 aircraft. We also have an MOU from Erudite, Inc. where they would like CAC to manufacture aircraft containers with this technology, subject to cost of goods and certification. The second round of funding that we are seeking is $60M of R&D for our launch aircraft product called the MPAT (Multi-purpose Air Transport). We have conditional orders for 50 aircraft with options for 30 more from potential European Customers. The estimated value of the conditional order with the options is valued at approximately $7.84B. Your $60M investment provides $800K per aircraft sold for the life of the design. Boeing Market Research suggests that there will be a need for approximately 41,000 airliners over the next 20 years. Based on our features, function benefits and price, we believe there will be a demand for up to 6700 of these MPAT Aircraft over a 15-20 year production lifecycle. This would suggest a potential return on investment of up to $53B over the production duration of the design. We are expecting meetings within the next 30 days with a major potential U.S. Launch Customers. Operations and facilities will likely be in Texas, New Hampshire. A great potential investment for the right investor.
