Description:
I own a home improvement business, work full time as a Telecom Engineer for the phone company, own 4 rental buildings with a total of 7 units fully rented, and my wife own's an in-home daycare. I'm looking to purchase an existing business that is up for sale w/NET earning for this year at 100k, and the business is selling for 150k, I need someone to invest with me on this deal... Huge potential here, company has been in business for 3yrs and is very profitable.
