Description:
Currentley, I am looking for a financier or company interested in vacation rentals at the beach in Cape Cod.
I own 2 vacation rental properties. I received the property through creative financing and need to change the financing terms. But, I have less than perfect credit. So, I will need a financier or I will need to modify the mortgage to refinance the property at a better rate.
I have real estate as collateral for the refinancing. The properties are all income producing. But, I do need emergency cash as for a business account.
