We are currently partnering with Cambridge Investment groups to purchase Multi-Unit Apartments complexes in the Growing Dallas Multiplex areas and Surrounding texas area.
The market growth in this area is very good right now and we are acquiring properties that have a solid cash flow and potential for more growth.
Normally, we acquire Class B and C properties, hold them to improve the Tenant base, eliminate all the deferred maintenance, and reduce expenses. This increases the value of the properties for our investors.
We are currently looking for Private Money Partners to invest with us on our next deal that we are currently working on.
We need investors who would like to take advantage of these Secured Real estate investments that have predictable, above average returns, as well as generous equity positions.
