Branson's BBQ will be the only real hickory smoked BBQ restaurant in an hour radius. My wife and I have been competing in KCBS BBQ competitions for the last five years, earning awards. This spring we began selling our three BBQ sauce at local markets. At this point we are unable to keep up with the demand for our products. We have also done small catering projects during local festivals and have had great sales, and lots of people begging us to open a restaurant. At this time we believe that we could make this happen and very successful.
