Premium Indoor Cycling Franchise with concierge level service. Our plan is to open multiple locations in the Chicago area focused on the Loop, West Loop, and South Loop. Each location is capable of generating $1.5mm annual revenue with a significant EBITA. Our current plan is to self fund the initial location and then use the cash flow to open successive locations. However, our desire is to have a minimum of three locations open within the next 15-18 months. The total investment for these three locations is estimated at $2.5mm.
