I am a 30 Year experienced Real Estate Broker. I have licenses in NC, SC and FL.. I am seeking an investor to expand my business to investing in buying homes to renovate to rent and hold or flip FL, SC and NC. I am also seeking capital to open a Real Estate brokerage in Highland/Cashiers NC.
I am in the process of setting up the NC operation, legally with Name, website production, office location, and marketing. I have owned and operated my own Real estate companies in the past and am seeking start up capital of minimum $100,000 for the NC office. For the real estate purchase of rental properties to renovate and hold or flip I am seeking an investor for $500k to buy 2 homes to start and then proceed to more investment properties, at least 4-6 a year.
