I want to open a Long Term Care facility. There isn't one in my area and it is much needed. People here have to place their loved ones in facilities that are a great distance away and the waiting lists are so long for a facility even 30 minutes away. Some have to go out of state. I can't express enough the need for this in my area. The beds would be filled before the facility was even ready. I am very confident of this. I have the desire to do this but lack the funds. I am a student nurse. I already have a building in mind that used to be a small hospital. It's for sale and has been for awhile.
