We started the company four years ago as a network of private individuals interested in stopping foreclosure in our community. We've helped over 500 people through counselling, advocacy, negotiation with lenders, and through direct partnership with homeowners.
In 2007, banks and mortgage companies began to contact us to solve their "challenged loans". We began as consultants and are now purchasers of these loans. We receive an average of 5 large commercial deals per month that we are interested in.
Our biggest challenge is to find equity partners interested in participating with our company on more than one venture at a time.
