At this point, we are willing to release a certain number of “shares” in the screenplay for investment to outside parties in ten percent increments. An investor would in essence be purchasing a portion of the screenplay prior to production, and thus would be securing involvement in future gains, including, but not limited to, optioning, outright purchase, royalties, backend gains, etc. Sarah and Cynthia would retain full creative and sales control regarding “The Ticket”, and investors would simply share in the profit in relation to their investment. Because you are in “the business”, you understand the risks involved, as neither I nor Cynthia can grantee the sale of “The Ticket”, and because this is an outright percentage purchase, if there is no sale, no investment funds would be retur
