I have been buying and repairing/remodeling homes for 4 years now. I am wanting to start a new project whereby I purchase 19 acres of land for 1 level 1200 sq. foot homes close to the lake. I have found the property, and could probably get construction financing, but thought I would try contacting private investors first. The property has room for approximately 32 lots for development. My intent is to get the property subdivided, build the roads, and start construction on two homes. I will then promote other home sales using these two homes as models.
