Description:
I will open a botique in Elk Grove California. Elk Grove is growing in leaps and bounds, and lacks some of the diversity in Womens Clothing botiques. Many women are driving to the Bay Area to shop at these botiques. I would like to capitalize on this area that is so lacking in Elk Grove.
