Description:
I have an opportunity to purchase a tanning salon that has been in business for a number of years. I would like to add massage to the business. It is located on Gun Lake on the south side which has numerous homes and two brand new growing subdivisions. Currently the tanning salon has 90 clients. I have all information regarding expenses and income from the current owners. I am looking for $7,000 to purchase business, security deposit and first months rent. Also the folks currently owning it did not do any advertising nor have a credit/debit machine and these are items I would like to purchase. Additionally I would need to make the spare room into a room for massage.
