Description: My company Designing Thoughts offer Print Design work for Business Cards / Brochures / Fliers / etc. Our otherside of the company is a new service that I offer to your companies while seeking permanent help. I call it Instant Assistant. What is a Instant Assistant? Instant Assistant which means – it’s a worker that comes into a office while interviewing is taking place, therefore none of your work falls behind. Instant Assistant will fill in until you hire a permanent employee. (This is on a temporary basis ONLY until you hire that right person for the job). You will have an Instant Assistant to make sure work is done on a timely fashion while searching for your permanent employee. Once you have hired your employee then my work is done. What type of work does an Instant Assistant do? Instant Assistant is responsible for a wide variety of tasks ensuring the office is supplied, running efficiently, and visitors are taken care of and properly directed. Also meets the needs of other employees in the office if needed. (Most positions that we fill-in are in the Administrative field but no task is to big). Just give it a try we have flat low rates cheaper than calling a temporary agency.
