We not only counsel homeowners in default as to their various options but also will provide small emergency loans to them (if profitable via equity in the home) in order to stop foreclosures. We thus best position ourselves to buy the house at a lower than market value price and resell it for a substantial profit should the homeowner go into default again.
We also find and buy residential or commercial properties that have a profit potential, and/or are for sell for less than the tax value and then rent or resell them for a nice profit.
