Accelon asia is seeking 12 million to finish the permiting, Coal contracts and all feasibility studies for our CTL (coal to diesel) plant. Accelon has secured output contracts for 28 million barrels of synthetic diesel per year for 15 years with the Indonesian goverment ran company PERTIMINA.
The 12 million will be paid back within 12 months by the secured equity investor Merrill Lynch. LOI is in place. Accelon can offer an equity position in the Indonesia plant or can pay back a fixed amount for 15 years or a lump sum upfront buy out. This is a 2.5 billion US$ plant and all equity investors are encouraged to respond.
