I am a young woman who thought she could conquer the male dominated construction world. With my husband handling the physical aspects of the business and myself behind the scenes, we have managed to do quite well, in my perspective, in the Directional Boring, utility service installation field. Last year was the most difficult, having to turn down big job offers because we did not have the $ to properly maintenance our existing machinery or buy new equipment, as well as pay for the additional labor we would have needed.
